I created Duro Training in London back in 2008: Duro training is a mix of kettlebell exercises, gymnastic elements and mixed martial arts (Muay Thai, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu). All my clients tried it and achieved their goals.
It improves the 10 core components of fitness: strength, power, speed, stamina, cardio, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy and flexibility.
Duro training is one of the best ways to have quick results that even surprise professional athletes.
Every exercise escalates: if you are a professional athlete or someone just trying to get fit for the first time, rehabbing from any injury from 18 to 80 years old, you can adapt your workout to maximize your potential and get concrete results.
